Entry Level PT Contractor
Supervised Visitation Monitor, you will play a vital role in facilitating supervised visits/exchanges and ensuring the safety and well-being of all parties involved. You will closely adhere to the Standards & Guidelines for Supervised Visitation Practices and maintain professionalism and compassion throughout all interactions.

Responsibilities:

Enforce Standards & Guidelines for Supervised Visitation Practices.
-
Anticipate and meet the needs of parents and children during supervised visits/exchanges.

Write observation reports promptly, focusing on facts, observations, and direct statements.
-
Intervene respectfully to guide interactions back on course when needed.
-
Report to Child Protective Services as mandated.
-
Debrief cases with the Company director as required.
-
Undertake ongoing compliance and training.
-
Fluency in Spanish or Vietnamese preferred.
-
Carry out additional duties as necessary.
Qualification:

Warm-heartedness towards families and children.

Punctuality and adherence to schedules.

Practical judgment and deadline management.

Risk identification and adaptability, with a readiness to seek assistance when necessary.

Resilience and professionalism in handling feedback from parents

Pleasant yet assertive demeanor.

Possession of a valid CA driver's license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.

Ability to pass Trust-Line background screening.

Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings, weekends, and possibly holidays.

Residence in North, East, or West Santa Clara County and/or Watsonville.

Completion of 24 hours of Uniformed Standards of Practice training (Standards 5.20)
